At the initiative of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Tourisme, on September 24 and 25, 2016, numerous tourist sites, producers and chefs are mobilizing to offer the best of Burgundy around “Fantastic Picnic” events organized throughout the region.

At the heart of our production site, follow the guide to discover the vats, ageing cellars… and discover the secrets of the traditional method formerly known as the méthode champenoise. This playful tour on a footbridge overlooking the various workshops will fascinate young and old alike.
At the end of this visit, taste 5 Crémants de Bourgogne from the house accompanied by 10 appetizers prepared by Laurent Parra and his team from the restaurant “Le Conty” in Beaune: Des de persillé, Verrine de tartare de légume aux écrevisses, Macaron aux olives vertes, Toast saumon au beurre aux algues de chez Bordier, Carpaccio de boeuf du pays Beaunois, Coeur de thon rouge au soja, Cîteaux truffé, crème brûlée aux anis de Flavigny…
