Made exclusively from clementines harvested on the Île de Beauté, Citronelli uses the whole fruit to bring out the full richness of this iconic citrus fruit. Grown in a unique terroir and crafted with meticulous expertise, these clementines capture the island’s identity in a product that is both authentic and contemporary.

A recipe designed to reveal the full complexity of Corsican fruit, between velvety roundness and a slightly zesty finish.

Mixology

Ideal as a Citronelli Spritz: fill a large wine glass with ice cubes. Pour in 1/3 Citronelli, add 2/3 Crémant and top up with a dash of sparkling water. Stir gently.

Operating temperature :

Serve chilled at 7-8°C or on the rocks.

Citronelli is produced in Dijon by Maison Gabriel Boudier, renowned for its historic expertise in the art of liqueurs. Each stage of production is designed to preserve the intensity and purity of the Corsican clementine. The clementines are first processed in a complete infusion, using both skin and pulp, to extract all the richness of the fruit. Part of this infusion is then distilled, concentrating the finest aromas and adding precision to the final profile. After around five weeks, the distillate is carefully blended with the infusion, then topped up with water and beet sugar. The result is a liqueur at 20% vol. and 120 g/l, combining aromatic intensity and perfect harmony.
