Coup de coeur du tastevinage du Clos Vougeot

Jean-Pierre Depaquis, Technical Director of Veuve Ambal, receives the “Major” award from Mr Vincent Barbier, Grand Master of the Confrérie.

On the occasion of its 100th Tastevinage, the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin of Château du Clos de Vougeot awarded the new and supreme distinction of Major on Thursday 17/11 to the jury’s seventeen favorites, distinguished during the 99th session (March 24, 2017) and the 100th session (September 29, 2017), from among the 1,045 wines that were tasted. The Majors thus become a new award celebrating the very high quality of the laureates’ wines, awarded the Tastevinage seal of approval.
