At the heart of our production sitefollow the guide to discover the wineries and ageing cellars ….. and discover the secrets of the traditional method formerly known as the méthode champenoise. This playful tour on a footbridge overlooking the various workshops will fascinate young and old alike. At the end of the tour, taste 5 Crémants de Bourgogne of the house during a cocktail reception prepared by Laurent Parra and his team at the restaurant “the Conty in Beaune Des de persillé , Verrine of vegetable tartar with crayfish , Macaroon with green olives, Toast salmon with seaweed butter from Bordier, Carpaccio of beef from Beaunois , Heart of red tuna with soya, Cîteaux truffé, crème brûlée with aniseed from Flavigny…..
