11H: Welcome to the house cellars with a flute of Crémant de Bourgogne! Stroll through the vineyards: we invite you to take a walk (1.5 km on foot) to discover the cultivation of vines, the classification of appellations, the terroir and climates that make Burgundy so distinctive and our village so charming. You’ll then discover the family estate’s cellars, wine-making and ageing.
Your journey will continue with a commented tasting of the house wines, accompanied by a Machon lunch in a relaxed atmosphere around a barrel.
