Lime, cucumber, mint & Crémant de Bourgogne Veuve Ambal cocktail
For 3 glasses
Ingredients
– 1 bottle of Crémant de Bourgogne Grande Cuvée Brut de Veuve Ambal
– 3 limes
– 3 tbsp cane syrup
– 3 slices cucumber
– 5 mint leaves
Preparation
In a bowl, squeeze the juice from the limes, add the cucumber slices and mint leaves. Lightly crush the leaves without tearing them. Leave to macerate for at least 2 hours in the fridge. Then strain the mixture through a sieve.
Place a teaspoon of cane syrup in the bottom of each glass, followed by a dose of the above mixture. Complete the glass by gently pouring in the chilled Crémant de Bourgogne Veuve Ambal. Enjoy immediately.
