Lightly crush the leaves without tearing them. Leave to macerate for at least 2 hours in the fridge. Then strain the mixture through a sieve.<br \/>Place a teaspoon of cane syrup in the bottom of each glass, followed by a dose of the above mixture. Complete the glass by gently pouring in the chilled Cr\u00e9mant de Bourgogne Veuve Ambal.
