Vinification and ageing, as for all the company’s wines, will be entrusted to Nadine Gublin , oenological consultant for Prosper Maufoux since 2010, and Laurence Danel , in-house oenologist.

Prosper Maufoux now produces 150,000 bottles a year, half of which are exported.

For the past five years, Prosper Maufoux has belonged to Veuve Ambal, the leading producer of Crémant de Bourgogne, located in Montagny les Beaune. Veuve Ambal, founded by Marie Ambal in 1898, remains a family business owned by Eric Piffaut, representing the 5th generation, and his son Aurelien.
