pomegranate orange thyme and Crémant de Bourgogne cocktail

Grande Cuvée Rosé / Pomegranate / Orange / Thyme
Serves 4

Ingredients
– 1 bottle of Crémant de Bourgogne Veuve Ambal Grande Cuvée Rosé
– 3 oranges
– 1 fresh pomegranate
– 6 to 8 sprigs of fresh thyme
– Wooden skewers

To make
Pour 2 cl of freshly squeezed pomegranate juice into each cocktail glass.
Add 4 cl fresh orange juice.
Top up with 7 cl Crémant de Bourgogne Veuve Ambal.
Add pomegranate seeds.
Skewer a slice of orange garnished with a sprig of thyme and pomegranate seeds.
Place the skewers on each glass and serve well chilled.
