Stories of a great voyage: The Normandie

80 years ago, the Normandie crossed the Atlantic Ocean from Le Havre to New York on June 3, 1935.

An inaugural voyage that left its mark on many minds. In this exhibition, photographs by Marcel Arthaud, Jean Moral and Pierre Boucher retrace the journey of this legendary liner. A symbol of French refinement, the transatlantic liner is still considered one of the finest and most luxurious ever built.

Relive in images the great moments and small stories of this voyage, through the collections of the Musée Nicéphore.
